BBC iPlayer LogoThe BBC iPlayer is an Internet TV service. It lets you watch BBC TV shows that have been broadcast over the last seven days.

BBC iPlayer is provided over the Internet. You can watch BBC shows using BBC iPlayer in the following ways:

A Computer:

From your desktop or laptop computer – Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer

Mobile Phones:

iPlyaer is available on some mobile phones – we’d recommend that you use a wi-fi connection, as watching video over the mobile Internet can be expensive. To watch BBC iPlayer, point your phone’s browser to From your desktop or laptop computer – Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer

Games Consoles:

The BBC iPlayer is available as a channel on the Nintendo Wii games console

On your TV:

Catch-up TV from the BBC is available on some digital TV services, including the following:

  • Virgin Media Cable TV
  • BT Vision
  • Freesat (Not available on all boxes)
