How do I get Hotmail at home

Posted on 3 June 2011 By TV and Tech No Comments on How do I get Hotmail at home

“How can I access send and access my Hotmail mail box if I only have Freeview. Do I need an Internet provider? If so, how do I get one if I don’t want BT, Sky or Virgin”

Question from Robert Harvey

Our answer

Hotmail is an online email service. You can access it from a web browser or a mobile phone.

If you have a computer at home (such as a desktop or laptop), you can pick from  one of the many Broadband providers out there. You don;t need to have a digital TV service to be able to get home Internet

If you’re looking for a basic home Internet service, at the present time, we’re recommending  PlusNet, who offer a cheap, fast home broadband service.

You can find out more about PlusNet’s home Broadband service at www.plus.net
