BT Vision over Plusnet

Posted on 22 May 2011 By TV and Tech No Comments on BT Vision over Plusnet

Question

Can I use a BT Vision box from a netgear router from Plusnet

Submitted online

Our Answer

No. To get BT Vision, and to use the Vision+ box, you need to be on one of the BT Total Broadband packages. The box needs a connection over the BT network back to the BT Vision servers.

To use BT Vision, you’d need to switch from Plusnet to BT Broadband – Switch to BT Broadband
