How do I get 3D TV?

Posted on 21 February 201022 March 2011 By TV and Tech No Comments on How do I get 3D TV?

Following recent successes in cinema with 3D movies, notably Avatar, from 2010, we can expect to see 3D TV services launched in the UK

Satellite TV provider Sky has been quick to announce that they will be offering at least one 3D TV channel by the end of 2010.

To get 3D TV from Sky, you will need a Sky+ HD box and a special 3D TV set. At the time of writing, there are no 3D TV sets on the market here in the UK.

Sky started trialling 3D sports coverage in a selection of pubs across the UK.
