BT Vision: New Home Hub

Posted on 24 May 2011 By TV and Tech No Comments on BT Vision: New Home Hub

Question

I have a old BT Vision box. Can I connect it to my new BT Home Hub without setting up an account?

Our Answer

Whether you have the older grey BT Vision+ box, or the second generation black BT Vision+ box, changing to a new BT Home Hub shouldn’t be a problem. It should be a case of unplugging the old Home Hub, then plugging in the new one. You shouldn’t need to change any of the settings on the Home Hub for BT Vision to work.
